Am feeling quite low about my running or should i say lack of it because its agony when I try to do anything on it my ankle that is, so untill its stronger and able im not going to do any thing on it. So while im with my lovely baby sis Im going to relax and do very little and enjoy my familys great company. So its looking like the marathon may be out for this year, and im trying to the exercises the physio ordered and some xtrainig when I get back home, probably swimming and keep on smiling. :-)

Well its Monday pm and Im feeling a bit better about training, im still trying but after the half in liversedge, nice tshirt to go with the hills, it was a hard one to do, but I did enjoy it though my foot is not standing the distances to well, it seems that everytime i speed up or do the distance I get trouble , however I went for a swim and did a few lengths, and really enjoyed it, have joined the uni gym its so handy to go to after work or even, if I get up at an ungodly hour, before work , which would be ideal but unlikely. ive just stuffed the last of my valentines gift of lots of minibars of green & blacks chocolate, I thought that Id have one a day, but that thought did not last long, Im missing going to virgin club runs to try and attend more ERR club nights but fitting my runs in is becoming harder as I seem to need so much recovery time, spose its because im getting old , doh. I am going to do a treadmill run tomorrow for a while and see how I am because on thursday is the AA marathon training night. With Mick
