V.L.M.

Feeling chuffed I put my new bright green VLM jacket on plus shades and headed out of the door for a long run, a sort of see how I feel as to how far I go, and though cold what a lovely morning, the sun shone and not a wisp of wind, glorious views, up and over the hills to Thornton then Denholme and back, I surprised myself with 11.5 miles at a slow pace but notched up over 20 miles this week, ERR club night went well all in all a good week.
